2019 Fire Gully Shiraz


30 year old low yielding shiraz vines grown in the gravelly loam soils of Willyabrup. Hand picked, sorted and berry sorted prior to being fermented as whole berries in open fermenters. Hand plunged with 14 days on skins prior to pressing and maturing in oak barrique for 12 months. 


Flavours of: redcurrant, white pepper , blackcurrant, medium bodied, soft and supple.
