2022 Fire Gully Rose

Hand picked shiraz from 20-30 year old vines. Cold pressed and fermented in a combination of stainless steel and mature oak barrels. 6 months in vessel prior to blending and bottling.
 
A dry wine with flavours of strawberries,red currant, green apple, cream and sea salt.
