Hand picked shiraz from 20-30 year old vines. Cold pressed and fermented in a combination of stainless steel and mature oak barrels. 6 months in vessel prior to blending and bottling.
A dry wine with flavours of strawberries, redcurrant, green apple, cream and sea salt.
2022 Fire Gully Rosé
These roses from Fire Gully have been excellent in recent years. This is made from Shiraz and it gets about six months in oak. Has all those red fruits of strawberry and raspberry with a floral lift of roses. The palate is flavoursome and dry with a slightly savoury edge to finish. Excellent food wine rose.
